What is a queue
A queue is a lineup of products to be ordered in place of the main subscription product for upcoming orders. This feature is available for most subscriptions by usage.
How to Create a Queue:
Log into the subscription portal and click "Update" under the "Product Preference" section.
Pick the desired product. On the product page, look for the "Add to Queue" option (or equivalent), which may be directly shown or found under the "Manage Subscription by Usage" dropdown.
Add products to the queue. There is no limit to the number of products that can be added.
Once the queue has been created, whenever a new order is triggered, the system will pick a product from the top of the queue and work its way down.
Subscribers will receive a notification when the final product has been ordered and the queue is empty. If no new products are queued, the system will default to the main subscription product.
*Note: The queue is not available for subscriptions with multiple products. If the subscription changes from single-product to multiple-product, the existing queue will be removed.
