Here are some general criteria to keep in mind:

  • Products that do not meet the customer’s order specifications are typically eligible for replacements.

  • Products that do not meet the customer's expectations or preferences are typically not eligible for a return or refund.

  • Orders that are paid for with free credits or gift cards are typically not eligible for refunds, but the credit may be restored.

  • Perishable products are typically not returnable.

  • Return costs (shipping and handling) may have to be borne by the subscriber.
