The system aims to ensure orders arrive precisely when needed, which is why the smart scale learns from consumption patterns and adjusts the timing of automatic reorders accordingly.
Subscribers are free to provide feedback to improve the timing of reorders, especially if orders are arriving too early or too late. This feedback can be provided by changing the ordering strategy.
How to Change the Ordering Strategy
Log into the subscription portal and scroll down to the "Ordering Strategy" section. The edit button will produce 3 strategy options.
Select the strategy that works best and "Save" the choice.
