How does a Subscription by Usage work?

A Subscription by Usage ensures subscribers never have to worry about running out or getting an excessive amount of their preferred product. This subscription includes a smart scale on which the product is stored, and the scale places new orders according to the subscriber's consumption pace.

Here's how it works:

1. Setup: Once the scale is set up and synced to the subscription, the product is stored on it at all times.

2. Algorithm: The scale keeps track of the product's weight and the rate at which it decreases to understand the subscriber's consumption pace over time.

3. Order Trigger: Based on consumption, shipping duration, fulfillment timelines, and other factors, the scale will trigger a new order.

4. Notifications: Whenever a new order is triggered, subscribers receive a notification with a link to make changes to the order. Subscribers have 8 to 12 hours to modify, delay, or cancel the order before it is processed the next morning.

5. Shipping & Delivery: Once orders have been shipped, subscribers will receive tracking notifications. After receiving each new order, it is recommended to wait until the old order has been used up before placing the new one on the scale.
