Moving or changing shipping address
Subscription by usage orders can typically be shipped to any location within the US with a zip code.
Before the move:
Pause automatic ordering to prevent new orders from being triggered while in transition. Ensure any pending orders are canceled or delayed.
Update the shipping address from the subscription portal. This new address will apply only to future orders (ones that have not been fulfilled/shipped yet).
Optional: Schedule a future order.
Consider setting up mail-forwarding with USPS. Here's how: USPS Mail Forwarding.
After the move:
Reconnect the smart scale.
Reschedule any pending orders, or unpause automatic ordering.
Exceptions:
If an order has already been shipped to the old address, and mail-forwarding hasn’t been set up or the order cannot be retrieved, contact the brand/seller.
If permanently leaving the US, the subscription can be canceled. For a temporary absence, it can be paused.
