How to cancel the subscription

1. After logging into the subscription portal, head to the "Settings" tab.

2. Scroll down and then select the "Cancel Subscription" option. This will stop further automatic ordering indefinitely.

   

   
   

3. If needed, a scale return shipping label can be requested. This is optional; subscribers can hold on to their scales.

Note: If there is a pending unfulfilled order, it will be canceled. However, this does not cancel orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped.
