How to sign up for another smart scale/subscription by usage

Having an additional smart scale or subscription by usage is perfect for maintaining an uninterrupted coffee supply or trying a new product.

For a new subscription under the same brand:

  1. Log into the subscription portal on the brand's website and click on the Account option.

  1. Select the Add New Subscription option. From there, you'll be redirected to the shop where you can pick the product you'd like to receive with your second scale.

  1. Finish the checkout process to place the new order. A new scale will be shipped shortly after.

For a new subscription under a different brand:

Head to any of our partners' websites and select the “subscribe by usage” option (or equivalent) in their purchase options.
