The product/container/box doesn't fit on the scale

If the product bag, container or box is too large for the scale and cannot be stored securely on top, subscribers can opt for a larger scale.
Subscribers can submit a request for a larger scale to the vendor, who will then forward it to the scale provider (Bottomless).
