Scale data isn't reflecting the correct weight

It can take a few hours for the scale data to refresh. If a new product was placed on top or used up, it will be a while before the data reflects the change.
We recommend revisiting the data page after a few hours. If it has been more than a day and the data still doesn't show the correct weight, the scale will need to be re-zeroed.
